If my debit card is lost or stolen what should I do?
Contact a bank employee during business hours as soon as you think your card may be misplaced.

How do I reorder checks for my existing account?
Any New Accounts Representative can order checks for you with written consent by dropping off your check reorder form, by fax or by email. You can also call Deluxe directly at 1-877-838-5287.

How do I set up direct deposit?
Your employer will need your checking or savings account number, routing number and the bank's name and address. If you need help finding any of this information, please call a New Accounts Representative.

How can I view previous statements of my accounts?
After logging in to your online account, select the account that you wish to view previous statements. Click the link at the top of the page titled Documents and you can enter the statement date you wish to view up to a year prior. If you need statements that are older than a year, you will have to contact the Bookkeeping Department.

How do I reset my Online Banking or Telebank password?
You have to call the bank during business hours and speak with a representative to reset any password.

How do I purchase a gift card through Bank of Desoto?
All gift cards must be purchased at the bank with any teller. Gift cards are not available for purchase online.

How do I apply for a loan?
Applying for a loan is simple and easy. Just visit the Bank of DeSoto during business hours to pick up a loan application from any of our representatives. They will be more than happy to answer your questions or direct you to loan officer.

How do I set up my loan payment to come directly out of my account?
If you have a checking or saving account with the Bank of DeSoto, contact the Loan Department to have your payment automatically deducted. Otherwise you must mail or bring in your payment. You cannot set up an online bill payment with Bank of DeSoto to make your payment.

How can I find out my loan payoff amount?
To receive an accurate payoff amount, you will have to contact the Loan Department. The loan amount given on your online account is the principal balance and not the current loan payoff amount.
