Deposit checks without making a trip to the bank. It’s an easy and convenient way to make a deposit directly from your smartphone. Download our mobile app to get started.

How It Works

Use our 5 quick steps to make a deposit instantly.

Get Started

1. Sign in to get started

  • Download the Bank of DeSoto Mobile app to your smartphone.
  • Sign in to your online banking account.
  • Select Deposit from the bottom menu bar.

2. Select an account

  • Select Deposit a check.
  • From Deposit into section, Select to account. All accounts available for deposit will be listed.

3. Enter amount

  • Enter check amount.
  • Make sure the amount entered matches the amount on your check, and select Done.

4. Take photos

  • Select Take photos.
  • If you receive an error that you have exceeded the max amount for a single deposit, please select New Deposit to try again or contact the Bank if you need help with your limits.
  • Sign the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit at Bank of DeSoto Only” below your signature (or if available, check the box that reads: “Check here if mobile deposit”).
  • Take a photo of the front and back of your endorsed check.

5. Confirm deposit

  • Your deposit information will be displayed for you to confirm or edit.
  • If everything looks correct, select Make deposit.
  • You will receive an on-screen confirmation letting you know we have received your deposit.
  • Funds are normally received within two business days. Please keep your paper checks until funds are posted to your accounts.
