Digital Banking Upgrades

 

Upgrades to your Online and Mobile Banking Platforms

On Thursday, June 20th, we will release some important upgrades that will affect your accounts with Bank of DeSoto. During the upgrade, some of our online products will not be available. The upgrade will be completed on Monday, June 24th and all online platforms should be functional. A few items to be aware of: 

Website - The website will have a new look but the web address will not change. 

Online Banking - You will have a new online banking platform. We will have more information coming soon about how to log in to the new system. 

Mobile App - A new mobile app will be available after the upgrade is complete. 

Monthly Statements - All customers will receive an account statement in June. You may receive more than one statement for that month. 

Debit Cards - Your debit card will not change and you will still have access to card controls once enrolled in your new mobile app.
